3d INTERNATIONAL CARTOON AND FILM-STRIP CONTEST
TOPICS: “In My Homeland” is a traditional free topic of the Contest. The most interesting works are usually based on personal impressions, experiences and events. Try to take a closer look at the world around you and reflect what doesn’t allow you staying indifferent. It may be something unusual or familiar to everyone since re-discovering usual things is also a task for a creator. “A Journey on the Outskirts”. In our intense time, we are constantly chasing after novelty and oversea treasures. In this race, we often forget to look around and see something interesting and unique that is next to us permanently. Therefore, sometimes it is worth walking along the outskirts to understand and love yourself, your land and pass your love to others. Each topic is a separate category. The jury will estimate the work separately for each of them. The topic of a work submitted to the Contest must be indicated when filling in the registration form. New time brings new opportunities.
