The final exhibition of International Cultural and Educational Project “Dialogue of Centuries: First World War and Peace of Today” has opened on 7 August at the National Library of the Republic of Belarus. The exhibition features 52 works made by artists from Belarus, Russia and Ukraine in various graphic techniques.

More than 20 paintings created by artists at last year's plein-air International Cultural and Educational Project “Dialogue of Centuries: First World War and Peace of Today” are presented at the exhibition in Vileika museum. The opening ceremony was held on August 2.

The structure of the exhibition commission includes graphic artists, literary critics and historians from Russia and Belarus. In May, they were examining graphics made by the project participants based on literary works, touching the subject of the First World War.

In the exhibition 449 works from 19 countries took part: Argentina, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Sri Lanka. Wealth of methods and techniques, a variety of artistic and cultural traditions and a unique flavor of each region have helped to gather a collection of bright children's art.

More than 20 young teachers and experienced teachers from Minsk, Mogilev, Novogrudok, Nesvizh, Bobruisk, Lida, Vitebsk, Mozyr participated in it. Plain-air was being held from 27 to 29 of March in the Educational Center of Green Cross Belarus.
